Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a Lebanese/British lawyer, human rights activist, and charity philanthropist. She has graduated from Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law. The length of her professional career has received international praise for her accomplishments in international law and in the field of human rights. The clients she has worked with include the nation of Armenia who is battling the Turkish government for the recognition and apology of Armenia's Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney became engaged to and later married American actor George Clooney in 2014 instantly becoming a well-known name in pop entertainment. The actress was widely known and admired for representing clients with success and with skill within the legal profession years before. Her job is to represent multinational firms in negotiations and court cases about government regulation, and also human rights or social justice.
